Sasktel confirms Samsung Galaxy S II coming to Canada in July

One of the most anticipated phones of this year, the Samsung Galaxy S II, will be coming to Canada in July according to a tweet from Sasktel.

The Samsung Galaxy S has been one of the most successful Android smartphones to date and the successor should be even more successful. The upcoming device will sport a 480×800 Super AMOLED display and is powered by a Dual-core 1.2GHz ARM Cortex-A9 proccessor running Gingergread 2.3 OS.

One of the features not to forget is the camera. The  8MP camera comes equipped with Geo-tagging, touch focus, face and smile detection, and image stabilization.

Tek Tok is very excited to get our hands on this fine device and the folks at Samsung Canada are tight lipped. No official announcements have yet to be made from other carriers such as Rogers, Bell, or Telus.
