The 2011 Canadian International Auto Show is underway at the Toronto Metro Convention Centre. We were able to attend the media day and get a few pictures and some information from each of the vendors.

Audi has unveiled the 2012 Audi TT RS sporting a 340hp turbo-charged 2.5L five cylinder engine developed by quattro GmbH. This Coupe delivers a 0-100 kmh performance in approximately 4.3 seconds.

We were not able to get a great look at the interior but we have been advised the standard equipment includes heated sport seats with leather and Alcantara surfaces, brushed aluminum inlays, a flat-bottomed leather multifunction sports steering wheel, a boost pressure indicator, an oil temperature gauge, a lap timer, automatic air conditioning, the concert audio system and xenon plus headlamps with LED daytime running lights.

The Audi TT RS will be in showrooms this summer and base price was approximately $60,000.
