RIM has just announced Blackberry Desktop Manager for Mac has been updated and is now available for download. Desktop Manager for Mac v2.1 now include media sync support for the Playbook.

In addition to being able to drag and drop files to the Playbook directly over USB and Wi-Fi, you can now use the Desktop Manager to sync your music, photos, and videos, with iTunes and iPhoto over USB.
