AT&T takes a shot at Verizon iPhone 4 with Network Spot

AT&T takes a shot at Verizon, by Jamie Forestell

With the pre-order of the Verizon CDMA iPhone under way, AT&T has released a network spot poking fun of the Verizon iPhone. With CDMA, the network does not allow for talking and data transfer at the same time as most of us may remember. Perhaps customers with Bell Canada and Telus would have more memory of this, as it was not until recently they announced their new GSM/HSPA network.

In the first 2 hours of pre-order, Verizon recording record breaking sales and sold out of pre-order iPhone 4. This 2 hour window actually started at 3AM so by 5AM, they had completely sold out.

What do you think? Is Verizon too late launching an iPhone?
