Bell Canada to Charge Customers to use HSPA+ network

BGR has posted a leaked memo reporting Bell  Canada will be charging customers a $10 per month premium to use their “fast” HSPA+ network.  The memo is not clear as to which devices will be affected, but it seems likely to also include newer smartphones as well as the USB internet “turbo sticks”.
